Yaron was very prompt in returning my initial phone call and took time on the phone to answer questions and set up an... appointment for inspection as soon as possible. He was friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile in determining how serious the mold issue was in the rental I had just moved into. He immediately wrote the landlord and sent the lab reports in to inform her what would be needed in order to do the remediation that was necessary. He made himself available by phone since this issue ended up needing his expertise with more than just an inspection I ended up having more of the property inspected again and he was right there to do the job! Very professional and respectful individual. Answered all my questions and made clear what needs to be done and for... what reasons. Although, this procedures are not cheap, at least I was sure I get what I paid for. Received results in promised time frame along with detailed report easily interpreted by regular person. If you have any suspicion of mold in your house, invest in this and have leverage on your landlords and know your rights. Mold is toxic and not something you want to play with.
