Quick to respond, professional, and was thorough with the home! Very personable and talked through various scenarios / where the mold could be coming from - ultimately resulted in doing air testing.

Finding an honest, hardworking contractor who works independently is like discovering a diamond in the rough in LA. No middlemen, just high-quality work, professionalism, promptness, and no BS. When mold was discovered in my unit, Yoran was there within an hour to conduct swab tests and air samples. The samples were in the lab just three hours later, and I received the results along with a full report 48 hours after that. What stood out most was that Yoran doesn’t charge extra for the prompt service—most other companies would add on fees for rush testing or leave you waiting a week for results. His prices also beat all competitors hands down. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a mold inspection and would gladly use his services again.

Yaron was great to work with. I was referred to his company through my agent. Within 2 days of calling him he was at my condo taking samples of some questionable growth and had a full report available 3 days later. Talk about quick and easy service. Definitely recommend his service to anyone concerned about possible mold in their property. Thanks again.
