A limited preliminary fungal re-inspection was performed to assess the indoor air quality and building components that may be impacted by a recent water intrusion from a broken pipe at the subject property. Air samples were collected to assess the presence of airborne fungal spores in the interior of the property for comparison to naturally occurring conditions outdoors. Client’s goal is to test clear for airborne mold spores prior to reconstruction. Samples are sent out to a certified lab for testing analysis with 24 hour turnaround time.
